I thought that you said that you couldn't access the app to see if discharge was enabled ?
I took a screenshot of the app and sent it to Steve at Roamer. He said all looked ok.

There’s a battery switch on the top left of the EBL. It’s currently on Batterie Ein (battery on). Switch it to Aus (off), wait 30 seconds and then switch it back to Ein. If it’s like some other EBL’s, you should hear a click of the relay when you switch it. If you don’t hear a click it could be the relay has broken. On the control panel switch on the 12V.

You want to know: Is the battery producing power? Is the power getting to the EBL? Is the power getting through the two main power relays inside the EBL?

Can you check the voltage on the Roamer battery terminals? Is it over 12V? If not, it's a battery problem; if it is, go to the next step.

Check the voltage on the two pins of the 'Zusatz Lader' socket on the EBL front panel. These are connected directly to the EBL internal wiring from the leisure battery. If it's not over 12V, the power isn't getting to the EBL. You could double-check the 'Zusatz Ladegerate' fuse is OK, that needs to be good for the test to work.

There are two power relays that are turned on and off by the battery cutoff switch. They can be tested separately.

To test Power Relay 2, check the voltage on the two spade terminals BL18. This comes directly from the power relay 2, which supplies all the permanently on devices that are not turned off by the panel 12V on/off switch. Like the step, fridge control etc. You should get 12V to 15V at those terminals when the battery cutoff switch is turned on. It should drop to around zero when the battery cutoff switch is turned off. The 25A fuse labelled 'Standheizung' needs to be good for this test to work.

Power Relay 1 supplies all the other consumer devices like the lights, TV, 12V sockets, electric bed etc. They are obviously not working so no need to test them.
