After a walk to the local Saturday market we stocked up for the weekend with fruit veg etc.
Clocked a caravan arriving into the campsite towed by a day van with a catamaran on top of the caravan.
They are living the dream .

I’m sure it wouldn’t be good for that really bad back that I remember you going on and on about Harvey. Unless of course you want him to offer to take you out on it in which case it must be someone else with a bad back and of course you should offer to help or at least a beer.

We had lunch in this restaurant last time and it was very nice.
Today, the food was ok but not amazing shame really.
We asked not to be sat at a table near to 2 vocal children, but apparently, those tables away from them were reserved.
Anyway the wine was superb and that helped
However nobody used the table in the window we wanted, I'm not usually bitchy but I can't help think no no no, there's other places we shall use ,there loss.
Anyway rant over.

I have you agree with you Lenny, i’m not sure what make all the blinds were in my Autotrail Comanche but they were perfect, everyone one of them including the hab door one.

The Dometic blinds in the Rapido really are cheap and nasty and everyone of them apart from the very small one in the toilet have been replaced at least twice and the hab door 4 times.

Even now most of them have an issue but out of warranty now unfortunately

Touching wood and fingers crossed the 3 way fridge works perfectly but will be coming out for a compressor one when it fails

Be careful what you wish for, compressor fridge in our Rapido has stopped working, going to get it regassed to see if it brings it back to life. A new one could be on the cards and there not cheap.

Whats all this OUR and SUN lark, just back from a trip to the Travel and Destination Show in Manchester, 1. Its freezing 2. That's an hour that we wont forget, poor would be praise indeed! PS need pictures of the great twin hull thing demounting!

So it seems that even on the expensive mohos there are quality problems. This is rather frustrating to be honest, nobody who buys a Jaguar, BMW, Audi or Mercedes would put up with this sort of poor finish, why do we? and how do they get away with it?

What did you guys think of the market? Sirena and I used to love a wander and treat ourselves to cooked chicken as the guys were out on their motorbikes….you know how much Harvey hates chicken.

Has the boardwalk to the prom been mended?

We leave home on Sunday, for 12 weeks hopefully dropping by at some point.

BMW produce around 1000 cars a day at their Munich plant alone and quality control is pretty well controlled but things do still go wrong as we know from various recalls, Morelo produce a couple of vans a day if they are lucky and are basically assembling a load of supplier parts, yes it would be nice if the suppliers did some QC but it's a completely different business.

If we are talking about the torn window blind, for starters I don't think either of us know what happened to it, ours are all OK and for that matter I don't anybody else that has had this problem so it could actually be the first time it has ever happened like this which would actually be quite good

We had our previous model of morelo and never had an issue. Clearly a one of issue that could happen to any model of motorhome. In my opinion.

we liked it and had a great time looking for bits and pieces we needed. We did cycle along the wooden boardwalk to the solid bit so I'm assuming it's fixed

No one buys any of those theycare all leased they send them back before the flaws start to show
