Funnels for filling your Water

Hi Everyone
I’ve been asked many times if I make my funnels for the German vans that have there filler behind a locker door shown below. I have at last made one that I am happy with. If you would like one let me know or look in the classified.
The second request has been for the FAP fillers that have the lift up lid, commonly found on Mobilvetta’s and some German vans.
Pictures of both are shown below.
Hope you like them. They took me ages to get these ones right, and I have to print them in two stages.

Probably cheaper way of doing it. Who cares about the poor van owner thats got to fill it.

She’s right though. A tundish is/was traditionally a funnel for transferring molton steel from the ladle to casting moulds. In modern plumbing it’s a conical open fitting that sits between two sections of overflow pipe to give a visual and aural warning of flowing water.

I have one of Paul’s filler funnels for my van. It is brilliant, makes topping up the tank so much easier.

Not in anyway mocking you PaulandChrissy . That looks like an excellent fix for a very obvious design flaw.
However reading thru Funsters comments and reviews on German made vans I got the impression they they were "The dogs bollocks" in motorhome design and there was nothing better..
Well I am sorry but that water tank IMO is not fit for purpose.
Yes some will say to be filled with a hose but believe it or not, and some will be shocked to hear, we all don't use hoses and for those that don't this appears to be an excellent add on.

Like when condoms were marketed in Small, medium and large, the small ones never sold at all. I can't see any woman looking at that that and thinking, "now that looks a snug fit"

Well that must be why I NEVER had an issue getn the correct size one.

Hi. Yes please Burstner 690g price with postage to Shropshire.

Not inside a locker on my van, but my fix for not being able to reach with the hose is a little 12v submersible pump on a bit of hose, I fill up from a water carrier on the ground with that. Works a treat. Will post a picture when I fill up later.
