That's a new one on me, I have never heard someone say they don't like them because they are French. Ive heard them say that they are over-rated and over priced, and IMO that's the truth with their motorhome tyres.

On the Renault grand scenic we had the original Michelin's lasted over 60k on the front and longer on the back and the cross climates on our Octavia seem very good and come top or near in all of the ratings. Not sure on the campers there are lots of comments on poor grip. I'm thinking of getting maxxis ones

Glad I am on ferry to Spain then,, BUSBY.

I’ve changed my ferry from Plymouth-Roscoff to Plymouth-Santander. Quite surprised how reasonable it was with club cabins !!
