I wonder where this Blackhawk has picked up its casualties from. Could be someone needing assistance after crossing the Polish border or do you think they risk flying in to Ukraine itself?
Probably picking someone up right at the border crossing, I don't think they would risk flying across the border into Ukraine. If they were planning to, unlikely they would have shown the route beforehand.

A Fox reporter was apparently injured earlier in Kyiv, but I think he's still in hospital there. Doesn't seem like there would have been long enough to get him from Kyiv to the Polish border.

Interesting route tonight for this AH64 Apache. Looks like it flew along a stretch of the Thames in central London and is now on its way home to Essex

Nice to see the cousins giving some support to the usual RAF interception of Russian Tu-142 Bear F sorties - which no doubt don’t advertise their presence on FR24. ;)

Was there a Russian plane in our air space then?

They get close but the guard dogs tend to shepherd them away.

A regular occurrence apparently and I doubt that the Bears will be showing up on FR24 but the fighter and attendant tanker activity (if visible) might well be a good indicator of what is happening.

I thought I’d take a look at flight radar and I’ve seen two aircraft one name DAWG24 and BONE41 they’re flying really close to each other off the coast near Scarborough. The names seem strange… what are they?

USAF F15s out of Lakenheath

KNIFE11&12 are USAF F16s

I have just noticed an aircraft near Scampton. It comes up as Hawker Hunter Aviation. I assume this is a Hunter fighter. They were called the Kate Moss during there time in RAF service.

I assumed it was a museum/historic aircraft last time it was up, but it seems Hawker Hunter Aviation provide contract aggressor aircraft & threat simulation. Maybe they’re blowing off cobwebs before going off to play with the rest of the gang - RAF Typhoons, Hawks & Dassaults plus USAF F15s, F16s & F35s.

brocola Is this Kamala Harris or has she already been on her trip?
I think she went home. It flew from US to Brussels Sunday night, then Brussels to Warsaw this morning.

Possibly advance staffers preparing for Biden visit to Brussels? But not sure why it's going to Rzezow, unless they're prepping for Biden to sneak there too

Possibly dropped of US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin for the NATO meeting in Brussels. Apparently he'll visit Slovakia and Bulgaria too. Maybe he's scrounging up ex-USSR mobile SAM missile reloads for the Ukrainians by promising them Patriot batteries.

More activity up North the last couple of days I have noticed. Russian ship or sub hunting would be my guess. This Poseidon is heading up along with the USAF Stratotanker a bit further up. I see a RAF Voyager seems to be heading up there also.

Maybe forcing it to land in the U.K. and say they were in our air space.

Let’s lie like the Russians do 🤷‍♂️

Looks like more are joining the party. Another Poseidon has just left Lossiemouth along with a few other unidentified aircraft. Also a Hercules in the vicinity.

I'd swear on a Hunter just taking off from Waddington?, bit overcast but the silhouette fitted 👍

This Hunter looks like it took off an hour ago. FR24 shows it as leaving Scampton, but could be Waddington - FR24 seems to make things up sometimes, like the B52s flying from Kemble.

The notes show it as first flight on 26/08/1955 haha
