Hi Carol, if anyone would like our places on the ghost walk then please pass them on as it is very possible we may not make it for the weekend.

I will be having words in the morning, as some funsters are already on the road, and not everyone has the means to print e. mails off, will report back tomorrow afternoon when I get back from Chester.

Hi Carol,

Yeah I am one of the ones on the road, I spoke to Helen last week in relation to the tickets, she assured me that although they do not issue tickets as such, bit strange I know !, entry is assured by producing the receipt, not much use if you have binned it though !,

Look forward to seeing everyone Thursday,

Ken. :thumb: :drink:

If you have a external gas point you can borrow our generator to top up if it helps.

Steve

Can you tell me more about a genny that runs on gas. This might be a better option for us. I've not come across this.
Thanks very much for the offer -that was the only thing that bothered us at Uttoxeter

Hi Carol
Our email has come through.
Just a thought - there doesn't appear to be any identification on the email received, not even our email address - could you maybe print off some spares in case anyone hasn't been able to?
Sorry if I'm missing something here (no jokes about marbles please )

serious question for the yokles of chester

Were coming up from south wales and have two options at Shrewsbury - go via whitchurch(A49/A41) or via Oswestry/Wrexham(A5/A483)

So, assuming the white stuff returns on Wednesday/Thursday...any advise on routes that are normally kept clear and those that aren't,

Id guess that the A5/A483 is possibly the safest option?

Plus, can anyone confirm if the law regarding Welshman within the city Walls after sunset has been rescinded yet, may need to be careful if not, or bring my own archery set up and fight back... mind you if its anything like the other weekend it wont be much of a fight:Rofl1:

Just a query...we are staying on the Monday night too. I know there's no facilities on Tuesday, but do we need to notify anyone, and is it at extra cost ? Thanks
