My vans are all sheeted & fitted out the same way, there's 4 mwb & 2 lwb they all usually carry 2 of everything plus chemicals etc and with 2 people, tank of diesel & a few other bits & bobs weigh in around 3200/3300kg so leaves me roughly 200kg but I won't ever need that as they're already fully loaded (sorry for thread drift Tam but I know you like anything to do with 4 wheels) lol

Not so far away from you - Pattingham Vineyard, just over the border in South Staffs.
I tasted some this week and it was really very nice - but at around £18 per bottle, out of my price range.
It's a new venture. They're very professional and desrve to do well.

Tam...thank your lucky stars you were not in Norway...when our Alternator and tensioner failed..we were in a remote location and on a garage parking for 5 nights waiting for parts to arrive....we finally left van fixed and 2000€ lighter...we even had to pay 140€ carriage to have the old Alternator returned...
So what you have paid is peanuts...

£1100 quid when my radiator blew in Switzerland!

Northernraider Tam I think the tree with the external roots is a Moreton Bay Fig Tree. I’ve seen them in NZ and Australia and I think they live a long, long time.

Had a lovely hike up to the black cave this morning.... I personally thought it was more grey/brown mix than black but hey ho. Dogs loved it . Thought it would be like a 30 minute walk but took over 2 hours round trip lol

They told me my motorhome smelt like dogs.
So i asked them do you know what dogs like...
Dogs smell like gratitude, loyalty, nobility & affection, pure unconditional love and despite everything they may have been through they show no resentment, so it's a compliment I'll gladly accept and I'll feel very blessed when they tell me my motorhome smells of dogs

Well, I didn't actually do it, i trusted the veterinary profession to do the dirty deed, but I took him in and picked him up and he has proved an ability to put 2 and 2 together in the past, maybe he's just waiting for his opportunity .....
