27 ago rode my Hardly Dangerous with my wife as pillion.
That particular night we had words and She was deliberatly walking ahead of me....trailing behind wearing white shirt,leather troozers,belt and buckle and loose chain holding my wallet ...striding in my hard to walk Harley Cowboy Boots.......Just couldnt understand why All the Blokes were looking and pointing at me {fresh meat}.........Janice please wait for me!!!!

I was tolf at that time it was the 3rd Gay Capital.........on Earth

My wife and I went to the Rio Carnival years ago, booked through a travel agent. At the airport we grabbed a cab to the hotel. The taxi driver said "Do you really want to go that THAT hotel? We did. Turned out to be a 20-storey building, wall-to-wall with gay couples. Bit embarrassing, especially canoodling around the rooftop pool - them not us .

However, no issue at all. Live and let live!

Wouldn’t stop me going back. Had a lovely holiday there back in 2002 with a girl friend from work. She had just split with her partner and had paid for the holiday and wanted to see Barcelona too. We stayed in a double room above the Sports Bar on the front and had a great time.

Had a walk in to town this morning , it's dead . Never seen sitges so quiet . Lovely sunny day 19/20° got back to van about 11am .. not sure if I can be bothered moving today or not. I need to do some laundry and a few bits from supermarket which I'd have to do if I moved today .....so I might just have a lazy day as I can't be arsed , feel a bit lethargic if I'm honest so might have a nap before lunch

OH & I went into a rather dimly lit bar in Maspalomas some years back. It was only after we had sat down and our eyes accustomed to the light level that we realised we were in a gay bar. Felt rather self-conscious and left promptly.

No reason to feel self conscious in a gay bar , probably the safest bar you'll ever enter. Very unlikely to see any barfights , women don't get harrassed , you're unlikely to be asked to leave , contrary to popular belief you won't get followed to the toilets or assaulted .

It's a shame the same can't be said for other bars right enough.

Clubs on the other hand may require a more adventurous nature
