So a busy morning, all me laundry done , service area to dump n fill , then lidl for some shopping , gave Doc a wash and he's back to being shiny and blinding people . And headed off to cambrills , bet some cheeky Germans on the motorway first time I've had doc up at 120km an hour .. but he can do it with ease. But I'm more comfortable at 95/100...... arrived in cambrills about 20 minutes ago and just having some lunch , fresh crusty bread you just can't beat it.


Will go for a walk along promenade after lunch .


Jackie has now seen her waves in nazzare Portugal and is now heading back to meet me , reckons it'll take her 2 days lol. That woman is mad the distance she drives and the routes she takes .

Like Cambrils, some nice bars and coffee shops and a great indoor fish market with amazing selection and quality.

They were great fun little cars I loved the old mgbs, too small for me though at 6ft 3.


You were lucky on the saab as the 993 convertible I had leaked alright . Nice looking car though turquoise metallic with ivory leather interior

Cambrils is different from my memory of it , I thought I'd got it mixed up with somewhere else at first but I'm parked in the next street from the one I was last time I was here ....which was back in 2019 , it seems a bit more neglected and dare I say it quite dirty . Which is a shame. Popular with motorhomes though as there's a lot of them here

Feel sorry for Spanish dogs , every Spaniard I see walking their dogs they pay not a blind bit of attention to them , their noses are either in there phones or they're talking loudly in to them while walking the dog. Poor dog must think what's the point .

Another Flair, German registered came and parked up beside me. I'm biased but it's no as nice as doc .... has cameras screwed on the outside everywhere. Above windscreen, 2 on each side , 3 on the back lol and 2 awnings aswell .

Yeah it's quite common here , streets are quiet at night and all dead ends so no noisy traffic . I'm right by the park so lots of grass and trees .

I've always picked it up.....but if I'm in woodland or somewhere with waste ground and long grass I tend not to. But anywhere people are walking or kids could be playing etc I've always picked it up. And if I can do it with 4 bleedin dogs pulling me all ways folk with one dog have no excuse.

I have to say though and this ain't meant to sound ageist but I see loads of older folk that struggle to bend down who just leave it behind them and it's no excuse really .

I hate when I stand in it myself and I also hate when it's left lying around and my dogs are obsessed with going to sniff at it. Someplace have way more than others despite loads of bins and someplaces even provide the bags

Never cold hands in winter though. With practice I can get 4 in a bag nowadays lol. Cuts down on waste plastic. It's the ones that ressemble gravy I have problems with , there's just no way to clear that up sufficiently.. those are the embarrassing ones
