Yeah I think it did me more harm than good and absolutely impossible these days as they'd never give enough to last me anyway . It does seem to be hereditary too as my son was diagnosed with it aged 7 and my mum always believed my dad had A.D.D ..Yeah, I'm not interested in medication. I looked in to something I've worked around all my life because I saw the same thing in my niece and thought I might be able to help her out a bit. I sort of understand myself now but it has affected the whole of my life looking back. This may well be why I'm onemanandhisdog
But who knows .... I was just thought to be disruptive for years before I was finally diagnosed. I spent a fair bit time in the hall at school
