NOT air conditioned.......climate controlled I’ll have you know. I’ve a garage and a patio heater if that’s any good.He's got an air conditioned barn you could stay in.

Sorry, it is just an ongoing joke on here.. My friends know I am DESPERATE to move South.. family reasons
... but the North/South divide makes it impossible. All I can afford is a shed.. It became a standing joke. Old Mo nearly offered to let me rent his 6ft x 3ft shed to live in for £1 a week and the joke has continued from there. . Some of the sheds people have offered to let me live in leave a lot to be desired. They are joking. (I hope.
). Sorry for being a pain.

If the OP wants to buy a MH, for 6 weeks use during the year, and currently lives on a boat, then he really should consider a sea class.
