I'm sure most of you have been there, bought your motorhome then had to wait to picking it up. I put the deposit down in October and the dealer told me it will be registered on the 1st of march. So the countdown is 8 weeks today, anyone else in the same boat can join in.
Mickey.

Well I guess that's my countdown finished, I had a much happier feeling when I left marquis today than I did when I left Tcmotorhomes. Also, I really love this motorhome. Bristol tomorrow for gas then we'll start looking for somewhere to go. Good luck to all left on the countdown, you think it's never going to get here, but it does.

2 days, I'm really looking forward to this one.
Mickey.

Hi Mickey, I was following the Countdown thread and suddenly noticed that you'd gone from having a van on your driveway to having bought a different van. What happened?

@MrsMac59, you need to read a thread called WEIGHT, two 17 plates and it's only march, lol.

My countdown is still on hold, originally told start build on 13th then 20th now 29th, apparently it's because I am having extras(n) even though they are factory fits (Leather upholstery and media pack plus) and ordered with van last October.
Oh well according to the long range forecast we are in for a heat wave in 2018 so hopefully they may actually build it in time for that:D

Hope you've gone for Lo-gas. You wouldn't want any of that Heavy stuff ;-) :-)

One step closer.... My new van arrived at the dealership yesterday

I'm calling in on Tuesday to give it a check over, but won't be taking ownership until April 12th, which begs the question, can I go 18 days without sleep  ?

Not that the excitement is building or anything :D

Looks great Micky, surprised to see the habitation door on the LH side.
I do have one negative comment, you should never have allowed them to install the gas filler in the locker door it is really bad practice.

@Lenny HB , he did give me the choice on where to fit the filler, because the chausson had it fitted in the door, also one they showed me at marquis I thought that was the norm.

Would not let me see it but I think its 476? It is great stuff and easy to apply with no dust and long life.
