It looks pleasant enough, but you might be lucky to get a pitch there. There seem to be lots of long-stayers there, some with large vans, taking up more than one pitch.

It's a bit of a mixture I think I was thinking of another beach but it was OK for paddleboarding which was all I was worried about.

We don't really do Christmas in fact we have rented our apartment to Swizz neighbour's family coming from Bulgaria so they can have Christmas together, when we lived in the UK we went to Tenerife or Lanzarote for Christmas/ New Year and the highlight was the Spanish celebration and the three kings, we get back here on the 3rd January .
You need to be in a resort or campsite that has lots of English, here in Javea they cash in at some of the restaurants especially English owned doing dinners for in excess of min €50 a head if your lucky.
Many are a lot moreyour better off going to a Spanish restaurant with a normal menu, or get togethers on a campsite.
