I have to add in past years while many of the men have sat waiting for the tractor @movan (Joy) just smiles and drives off under her own steam.

From all the help requests Joy has posted she may not even get to Chester this year,

But it may be a timely reminder for everyone to check they have their towing eye available ( except Joy of course)

I know about 100 MHF vans are attending but I'm curious (NMC) about how many turn up in total? Are we the majority or is there a huge numbers in general camping, other clubs?

When helping marshalling last year I'm sure nearly all turned up who had put there names down. It's the first big funsters rally of the year and good fun. Chester is a lovely city and plenty of pubs !!!
It was great to get a fun badge with avatar names on so you can put names to faces!!!
I'm sure you and Kerry will enjoy it!( check pubs out for doggy entitlement!)
My first taste of Edinburgh Ruebarb and ginger gin and subsequent purchase of the bottle was at the foodie festival!!! (Downhill all the way!)

If it’s any help, the Funster area is separate from the main camping area. Please don’t treat this as exact, and I hope we are in the same place as in other years, but this photo amended with yellow marking shows the Funster area. View media item 22803

Earliest arrival time is 14:30 hrs, you can park up at The Little Roodee car park next door if you're too early, take the ticket from the lower outlet of the machine, the higher one (convenient one for m/homes) charges at the coach/bus rate.

Really excited now as all packed up and ready to go first thing in the morning. Great weather would be good but been to camperfest for rainy weekends and glorious sunshine in the past and the one thing that the rain never dampens is the funster spirit so bring on the good times. See you tomorrow
