Rally Chat Chester Easter 2018 What's planned.

I have got heat! :)
I rebuilt the water heater today and stopped the leak, it now works fine on 240v (but I'm not on EHU for Chester) but it still keeps blowing the 12v fuse. It could be a stuck gas solenoid, so I'll have a go at that tomorrow. If not, I can always put kettle ont' stove, strip down to my skivvies and have wash down in the sink :D2

The diversions sound interesting :)

Hi. Thanks for the reply its Gail and Eddie. And NOOOOO that picture is not our rig no were a swift escape and yes were virgins er I mean Funster rally virgins so a little nervous but very lookingforward to our first rally with you guys as from the posts we seem to have somethings in common. Love of the outdoors, drink, motorhomes, drink, quizes, drink, cheese and wine . having a laugh and occasionally the odd .......drink in a responsible manner of course.

Great shower blocks at Chester if you can't get your water heater sorted. Well done for no cigs. Keep Going it will be worth the angst!

Just a quick update on the weather, we have had a couple of light showers but mostly sunshine here today so the ground should be good for getting on tomorrow.
 
Was raining non-stop in Essex from daybreak until 4pm.
Was concerned Chester was as bad but thanks for letting us know........and relax...........(y)
 
I will be holding a Mas debating event to discuss all things politically incorrect and all things Brexit at my van... Nikki will be providing light refreshments and I have also arranged lap dancers

@Silkcut1105 will be doing a yoga class outside the main arena
@mitzimad and his lovely wife Di will be giving a lecture on living in the hood (LEZ) at 11 am
@drago35uk will be carrying out his annual fire fighting in confined spaces event at 11-30.
@Wildbill is carrying out the "survival of your first meet" lecture at 9:45....

All the above will be taking place on the 1st April in the marquee unless stated otherwise and all before midday.

Hey Haggers, any chance you could get @swanseajack13 Ray to do a guided discovery of all things Welsh, likely to crop up in a quiz at around 11.25? It shouldn't impact on your 11.30 slot, cheers Griff.

I think Chester is in for some of the better weather compared to everywhere else.

I've left this a bit late as I forgot my local LPG fill garage is closed tomorrow. Does anyone know any fill places in or around Chester?

I realise that this is not the proper place for 'For Sale' stuff but I have been loading up our new van today and have unearthed a few items we could bring along tomorrow. Anyone interested just find me over the weekend.

Cavagna regulator 30mb brand new boxed.

I also have some genuine Silver Screens external screens, custom made for a Laika Rexosline 680 'A' Class van. Quite specific, I know, but maybe of use to someone.

Some of these things are worth a few quid, others not a lot. Drop by and take a look if interested.
