Big van jealousy... or is it

Looking at the first picture, they still have no where to hang the washing. If that is theirs:unsure:

We have a PVC and both drive it, I’d happily drive a bigger van but Nick wouldn’t so it’s all about compromise. He enjoys driving our PVC. The compromise is that we get a top of the range van and he thinks he gets a choice on the interior but obviously after 37 years of marriage he only thinks he has a choice.

Tarifa. Perhaps this was heading south.

At Saumur, we came back to our van to find that next door. They then put out their awning plus a pop up and there were only the two of them! They only stayed 2 nights, we felt very insignificant.View attachment 325581

We were pitched up at Honfleur and the van on the left came in alongside us. We went out for a walk and, on our return, saw this monster on our right. Makes our 8.4m tag look teeny!

Do some of these Liners still have the same plastic windows as our humble coachbuilts and PVCs? As well as casette loos?

Anyway I know my place ... :notworthy2:

[At least until I win the Euromillions jackpot. :party2:]

Yes, or glass double glazed all round, I think that was a E4500 option on mine. Took it because my plastic ones on the Flair scratched so easily on trees around a site. The Morelo Empire is glass all round, no black vinyl even, just black glass. Weight addition more than the total payload on some PVC's
Black tank was paid option on the Flair, but 250litre standard on my Morelo.

Is it me or does the lounge/diner area seem small compared to the rest of the facilities?

They have most of their meals out?

I know which van I'd rather have. Cos I've got one....(The IH that is!)

I worked on them in the early 70's for an Ipswich firm Petric Industrial Tractors.

Smart exterior as usual but the interior styling on these U S vehicles just seem dated or something.
They need a top Italian stylist to work with them just like their boats need,

Yes I admit it is a matter of individual taste, But there are still enough of them to keep the Provost Coach chassis makers in business, also they produce a very large number of multimillion dollar "Tour buses" for US Touring acts. It`s Rumoured Dolly Parton Has two? :giggler: :giggler:

Yes but it seems all the RV interiors I see look so dated. Perhaps better if classic ,Don't mean wild west saloon!
Must see if there is an Italian equivalent

Give me the tranny anyday and we can only see the front
chaser ,what’s a tranny? Is it the same as a trannie? I never thought of you as someone who might like that sort of thing!;)(y);)(y)

So many people tell me I can’t go anywhere in my big van, I am thinking about ordering a PVC and sticking an A frame on it for days out!
