Nope it’s not, chairs out on the beach having a meal but hey ho the police pass every our up and down the prom and they’re not bothered.Could be a minibus.
Like many other countries Greece included those signs often mean sod all in the winter months.
Maybe he identifies as a Germanyep it was a Brit

This beach I'm parked on tonight has signs everywhere. There's 4 different spots on it on park4night, each one saying no overnights . Yet there must be at least 20 campers/motorhomes parked on it ...spread out I should add. The police pass by every few hours but not showing the slightest interest.
And I think that's half the problem. They either need to enforce it every single day in which case the problem will move elsewhere . Or they need to change the signs and put dates on them ie , no campers from April to October or something.
To be honest out of season most of the places are deserted.
Well apart from Spain of course which doesn't really have an off season these days.
There's no camping signs in a lot of places. Kyparissi that you like has several signs , warning of €300 fine for offenders. In our 7 weeks in Greece last autumn I think we did not see one 'No camping' sign - or I did not look.

But
In many places they view it the same as Spain, you can park no probs, but if you put chairs etc outside then you're camping .
Other places just don't want campers there at all but out of season it isn't enforced
At least the Germans can speak EnglishI'll let you know when I can understand what they are saying...
