These are enormous! probably been answered before, but I'm so reluctant to stick these on my lovely new van.
Any suggestions how to attach these in a way that they can be easily removed once back in the UK please?

From what I understand about the breathalyser law is that it was still a requirement to carry 2 but the fine had been dropped. Main reason was that the sole manufacturer of the breathalysers could not manufacturer them quick enough. As it is against the law in France to sell a vehicle that is not legal to be on the road, the car manufacturers had forecourts full of cars they could not sell. Pressure from them brought about the climb down.
As for Angle Morte stickers. If you overnight in a motorway aire you do not go into urban areas. But if you go into a village you do. Crit Air stickers are not required in towns and villages only big habitated areas.
It would solve a lot of arguing about these safety signs if motorhome owners that are obliged to display them, to have a word with their insurance provider if they are happy to keep supplying cover for a vehicle that is not legal to be on a French road.
I am sure that they will be very amused by the reason for not displaying them as they make my motorhome look ugly.

Another reason was that they law required you to have 2. If stopped by gendarmes & asked to prove under limit by using one they then became complicit in the offence of you not having 2 as they had asked you to use one ?
Or the other reason that the minister most vehement in wanting them introduced was the owner of the only company making them.

Thanks for quick replies. Changed from the Boxer van to Carthago so magnetic won't work. But I have frog tape in my handbag at all times so will try that genius suggestion!
Thanks all
You carry a roll of Frog tape in your handbag at all times, that's so :ROFLMAO:

Vehicles exceeding 3,500kg in France

All motorhomes and caravans (not combined with towing vehicle) with a total weight exceeding 3.5 tonnes must have a sticker showing the position of the blind spots, visible on the sides and at the rear of the vehicle. These regulations are in force since 1 January 2021.
Ah well that's all right then

All motorhomes are under 3500kg when in France.

Mine is only 3.2 lol

Yes, and a mini socket set....not a typical girl :)
Just fold the angles mort stickers and keep them in your bag too , no one will care . Same with the Uk raine sticker .

Well many keep promoting not to do this that and the other. However I have been stopped several times by the authorities in France doing random checks. So for me I will display the correct stickers on the van and I will be having to upgrade my tag as my new van is over 3m high. I just do not want the anxiety of what if. Sorry all.

There was never any question of me not displaying them as I'm one of those who always gets caught... Was just asking about the least destructive way of sticking them on, and getting them off. Thanks for all the suggestions though. I've just hung a heavy mirror with 3M sticky plastic velcro pads. States you can achieve 'no residue' removal. Watch this space!! :-)
