Still waitingI always get a burst of excitement when they turn up. We always get our moneys worth out of them and I’m sure next year will be no different.

Can you have the app without the books? It is a scheme which allows a saving to be made on your campsite fees.
But outside peak times.
Sites are listed with a range of prices which go from €18 to maybe €28 per night.
If you go abroad outside the peak season, they allow you to make considerable savings.
Our invoice had the same breakdown but was charged a Euro less ie€24.44. It’s a discount for having subscribed for the ACSI Club ID (whereby for €4.95 you get an ID card which you can use instead of leaving passport(s) at certain ACSI sites as proof of ID, plus modest discounts on items in the ACSI web shop). Have used the ID Card occasionally at certain sites, supposed to be some public liability insurance included (not used ).CampingCard ACSI - English edition €17.95
CampingCard ACSI app (campsites) €3.99
Shipping €3.50
Carolyn - seems the app is included in the price. Ours haven’t arrived yet, but this is the email we got. For some reason it’s €25.44, so €1 more than Wizz !
No they haven’t managed that yet.Can you have the app without the books?
One app - but you download the data and maps by country, with some countries grouped together.Just the one. Make sure you get the correct App though; there’s one for all sites and one for the Discount Card sites.

How were you able to use the App if you are still waiting for your card?
The App requires the code from the card before it can be activated.
Are you using the ACSI Sites App rather than the ACSI CC App?

Vacarious always seem to get them to you before Xmas.. BUSBY.Hi
I did not preorder the Acsi book because I’m sailing Boxing Day this is before it was due to be sent out. Will Brittany ferries sell them on the ferry or as anybody got any ideas where I will be able to purchase one once on my travels.
Dave
More of a parcel but may fit a big letterboxDo they arrive through the letterbox or as a separate parcel. Just I am away from home and if a parcel then would be no one in and would end up being returned
Yep thought as much.More of a parcel but may fit a big letterbox
Yep thought as much.
For some reason they can’t charger for this year until I update my payment details. Card they have on record has changed.
Thing is am away so if I pay and they send out the new books now then won’t be able to deliver them and PO will probably return to sender.
Good ideaCall them and have them sent to your campsite.

If you’ve had a new credit card this year that sometimes causes problems as they try to take the payment and it doesn’t go through. Sometimes they tell you and sometimes they don’t. We had that problem. We now get ours from Vicarious books.Getting a bit concerned, although partially relieved as some Funsters still haven't got theirs. The website is pretty useless too in this respect - although it appears to say I've got an ongoing subscription there's nothing to say books have been dispatched. I suppose I shouldn't worry too much as the last two years (which I couldn't use of course!) arrived okay.
TBH I've had problems with ACSI before, "losing" my subscription and not responding to emails. Think I'll wait and see but then cancel my subscription and go to Vicarious, who seem a bit more reliable.
