Possibly the way it was burning, did not see any other cars involved so definitely just caught fire
Luckily we we going the other way as horrendous tailbacks

I’ve heard that some fire fighters just try and contain lithium vehicle fires because they burn too fiercely to extinguish?

Saw this, apparently an Adria Twin lithium leisure battery fire - nobody hurt.

I was under the perhaps mistaken belief that LifePo4 batteries don't burn, might it have been a short that caused the fire?

Funny you should say that as was saying to Mrs CC that when we did the same trip in May I killed thousands if not millions of them and was cleaning the screen every stop over but this trip I think I have killed 2
