Apparently the M20 is going to be closed for some time for police investigation. They are advising leaving at J9 and heading along the A20.

We were about 400 metres behind the accident so no prior knowledge of it. Only 2.5 hours of static which, all things considered, wasnt that bad.

Glad to see and hear that you have had a good trip since we meet you at Briare. Wishing you a safe journey home.

Forgot to add, we are at Carro, not too far west of Marseille.

Don’t you hate it when folk post pictures of nice places and don’t tell us where they are? :)

When we open the van door this is what we see today kind of majestic and spooky at the same time

Thanks James , I need all the best wishes I can get , This was the last view of my MH , 4 miles into our journey on Wednesday and the comformatic gearbox decided to stay in 4th gear permanently, got stuck on a hill on a bad corner, had to get fiat assist to come and get us , the wife flew back to Scotland today & I’m booked into a hotel here for another 4 days to see if they can fix it but French pace isn’t slow IT’S almost stopped,

Everything looks lovely and sparkly.. Female question coming up... What polish do you use please?
Hi movan

I use autoglym metal polish with a polish pad on a dremmel for deep clean ... Then a wipe down with astonish stainless Cleaner keeps it good ....
