Murres is a lovely little village.

Did you see anyone walking up to the top?
We were just docking in the 007 restaurant looked down and some woman had walked up and was on the last 20 mtrs

Presume this was meant for me.
It was a great day weather wise and lot's of people walking up and down.
Agree Murren is lovely. The pic with HRH at table is Murren. I had a burger but no 007 burnt on it. Expensive innit

Spent many a happy August at Upper Lynstone in our wobble box days.
We were there when Boscastle flooded, but as it was raining, we drove down to the Brendon Arms for our evening meal. Halfway through our meal, the waitress, concerned about the weather, asked where we were staying. I said not to worry, as we're at the top of the hill at U.L. We hadn't realised that the canal had overflowed and it was up to the door bottoms of our car, parked just down from the pub !

We were in Bude looking at the storm coming in. Went there a few days later. Devastating.

You lucky people.
Only one tonight.
Very nearly non as arrived at site on the banks of Annecy, came to get Dolly off the trailer, lost the bloody keys for the locks that secure the ramps on the trailer.
I was ready for heading home, proper pissed off i was, anyway Michael said "do you want the locks" no i say, 3 mins later he came back with some bloody bolt cutters. 1 Min job done. Dolly off the trailer and a visit to Carrefores was enjoyed (not).
Our pitch. Nice spot. 2 nights here.

Safely parked up in Frankie’s yodeli garden in Toulouse, ready for the Georgia v Portugal rugby World Cup match tomorrow. What a lovely person she is.

Last ones of Annecy a lovely place. Market day again as it was last time we were here.
Off up to De Villey-Le-Sec to the left of Nancy for 2 nights confirmed, may do 3 if the place is ok. AND it'son that bloody Moselle River.
Notice those nice parents taking their dog out for lunch, yes it had it's own bowl and was eating from it off the table with them..... absolutley disgusting. I asked the waitress how they can allow that, she said they cannot do anything about it.
Had they been there when we arrived we would not have eaten there, they came soon after us and we had already ordered. Madness, just don't get it with this dog lark.
Best not say anymore, for sure i would be banned.
The pics with the big daft flower is actually a pic of A hanging scaffolding, done a few of them in my time.
HRH got her Moules, they were just about ok, nowt special, other than the price....................not going there that's Lennys bag.

I put these on a another threadas i though some might miss the oppertunity of a good site.
Well we finally got to the bloody Moselle, and by god what a spot we got lucky with.
Can trow my beer bottles into the river from our pitch.
Rural setting, brilliant camp site Camping De Villey-Le-Sec, West a bit of Nancy,

highly recommended.
Restaurant on site booked for tonight (no pics promise)
Tasted the beer last night, one sip..........disgusting, threw the rest, hope i've not killed the grass.
