She died 4 years later only 29

My partner is in UK so having a few drinkies here and crying lots. Both happy and sad.
And other emotions.

The pain never goes away, it just becomes manageable.

The girlies here will like how handsome I was

Had to google map Seahouses to see where it was. Never heard of it until it cropped up on here recently.
Other side of the wall i think so doubt if we would get up there. Looks ok but.

Only from a distance at the moment unfortunately. Bird flu means landing on the islands is banned for the time being.

Took the Holly Island tour, out to Farnes, sea life, birds and onto Lindesfarne and landed for 2 hours, before boat back. Lovely sunny day and beautiful weather, calm flat sea state and on a new boat as well

I'm stretching the rules a bit with this pic as, I didn't take it, my sis in law in Oz sent me it and I don't know exactly when it was taken, but it does look recent going by the farming activity and I thought it would appeal to the wild swimmers on here ? Anyhoo, here is the "infinity pool" overlooking Thirlmere reservoir !

I've put that in my book now thanks.
I climbed/hiked/scrambled to the top of a few waterfalls whilst we were in Iceland recently (Mrs stayed in the cafe at the bottom).
You get a totally different perspective from the top. (and i like heights)
Won't be swimming though, sod that in the Lake District
