Should have been but as it was a council project was about 10 years late and double the budget

Council contract so probably in the squillions, pretty sure this is the one where they never had the contractor screwed down on a set price and the council got well and truly shafted!!
Obviously no councillors lost their jobs

Only live about 10 miles away and probably walk past it once a month but never been up to the top.
Must be a nice view on a clear day as The Pile Of Shite is just over the water and the South Downs from Goodwood the other way.

About an hour or so away. Unfortunately we are heading back up north on Wednesday. Good to know where the Quackers site is though for when we come back down this way again. It’s been a great trip.

Thanks for that. Actually i am aware, however i am a rebel. been driving in flip flops here for decades, done 100s thousand of miles. If i'm caught i wont complain.
