Bob Valencia camping park is a good place to stay, you can get a metro just down the road from there into Valencia. And they do great wood fired paella on site.

Thanks for that. I only check my mail oce a day in the evening. We have checked into a place on the peninsula. Will mention the name when i can be arsed to go for another beer.

Yes it is. The pier exhibition in Southwold is full of his eccentric and subversive creations. A fun hour or two! The two photos I posted are just a small sample.

Now in Valencia on Deveas Gardens. Busy with Spanish weekenders and Sunday daytimers. Lot's leaving now.
Drove from Carcasonne today. Liked it better than Mont St Micheal (the castle)

Now got 4 days of doing very little.

We're at camping Cite de Carcassonne, lovely site within walking distance of the Cite

We’re planning on a one night stopover in Carcassonne later this week. Am I correct in thinking that the site you mentioned, Camping Cite de Carcassonne has a minimum stay of 7 days?
Each time I attempt to book on line it gives 7 day packages?
If this is the case can you recommended anywhere else suitable please.

No, lots only stay for 1 night, we've had 3 nights and are moving on today. There is planty of space so no need to book, we didn't.

Interesting, I'm wondering if that's not a self conversion, a skilled sheet metal worker would be able to build something like that in their spare time.

We have visited Croatia, in our motorhome, twice.

Each time we have headed to Dubrovnik but, because the country is so beautiful, we kept getting diverted and never made it. This time we have cracked it by flying instead. Other than attempting to hijack the plane we were sure to get there this time.

The photos are of the town of Cavtat, about 15km from Dubrovnik which we can see across the bay from our hotel.

Looks like the result of an RTA between a bin wagon, an Airstream and a prison van ? It's probably immensely practical, but only a mother could love it ?
