We’ve had a spot of rain the last few days. I counted almost 40 parking spaces under that puddle.

But a calm sea and blue skies today. An extra dog in the pack, my neighbour’s as she’s not well. You can just see the entrance to Brixham Harbour in the distance.

Yesterday's job in Bonny Scotland was a tree dismantle requiring a crane due to the building's proximity. Tree looked ok from the outside.....
but we didn't know there was a Troll living in it !

Shrimp, I like the idea of making a rustic bench from it, the pieces were long enough for a three seater ! Unfortunately we were only brought in for the dismantle and the wood has stayed on site, but there was some mention of making some flower planters to set out in the estate grounds.

As you return from the North Island we set-off on Tuesday for five weeks. When we return I know our garden will not look as neat and tidy as yours and neither will our van. Can you pop round and give Big Bertha a scrub?
