HMS Belfast at 06:30 this morning . Beautiful start to a beautiful day (pity I'm inside painting) Laika the wonderdog was so pleased to be out on her usual walk having missed it for over a week.

My mate has the Bucket of Blood in Hayle. Been there dozens of times.

Love it there , usually camp at the THS at churchtown farm a couple of times a year after visiting son & family at gorran haven

Much the same as it was before,although they have leveled the angled slippy bit after the tunnel.

Modern Phones have superb cameras in them and have pretty much obviated the need for a traditional "point-and-shoot" compact camera for SOME types of photo.

Having said that, they are a lot more expensive than a traditional "point-and-shoot" compact camera.
(The iPhone 10 is around £1,000, which buys you cameras that would knock spots off any phone camera, it's more than my Canon 6D which is suitable for professional wedding shoots).

Now I have my Wife's old Samsung Galaxy S7 phone it's less of an issue if I forget to carry a separate camera.

Cracking place , my sons learned to surf there in 2003 , terrific summer. At one point I thought I'd retire to St Ives from Glasgow. House prices went F, ing crazy in the eighties. First discovered St Ives as a 15 year old with the Scouts. We didn't do local camping 542 miles we travelled to get there.

It was indeed a fantastic sunrise, I took a couple of pictures myself but mine just have a few trees in the siluet. Another great picture Laika
