You know the saying "Behind every cloud....", well we are mooching about in the Scottish Borders for a few days and we see a sign for Biggar. My wife say's" Isn't that fabric shop near here? Thoughts of traipsing around for an hour didn't fill me with glee but we found it, parked the MH up & I volunteered to put the kettle on.

Whilst my wife went into the Fabric shop...

Just then a van that had been parked in front of the building moved off to reveal..

Well you just have to try don't you??
That's the Silver Lining bit!

Research visit we went to Palmyre Zoo about 50km from Twin Lakes and with evening meal in Saint George de Didonne a perfect day out

And yes that is their true colour vivid or what

Just realised not shown you the Twin Lakes Sunset/ New Moon Rise from the 18th

no fiddling with colours either and you know what a red sky at night means

we had 32 degrees yesterday and 30 today and the promise of the same tomorrow

Just crossing the new Queensferry Bridge. Amazing structure. It looks like the suspension cables are waving as you cross because of the different angles against each other.
Couldn't get a decent shot downriver but to see all three crossings in a line is fantastic.

We grabbed the chance of a couple of nice warm days this week to head down to the Motorhome parking spots near The Inn on the Beach pub.
