You know the saying "Behind every cloud....", well we are mooching about in the Scottish Borders for a few days and we see a sign for Biggar. My wife say's" Isn't that fabric shop near here? Thoughts of traipsing around for an hour didn't fill me with glee but we found it, parked the MH up & I volunteered to put the kettle on.

Just then a van that had been parked in front of the building moved off to reveal..

no fiddling with colours either and you know what a red sky at night means

we had 32 degrees yesterday and 30 today and the promise of the same tomorrow

It’s a pity UK supermarkets haven’t got their head screwed on right and have these.
We use them when in France, just so easy.

Because if they were here they would be robbed and vandalised within a week.....:unsure:

Just crossing the new Queensferry Bridge. Amazing structure. It looks like the suspension cables are waving as you cross because of the different angles against each other.
Couldn't get a decent shot downriver but to see all three crossings in a line is fantastic.

I saw this Chinese couple in Lidl today buying a bit of rice.
Didn't see how they packed the trolley, but a manager opened up a new checkout to count them :)
