On a training day at the Bethlem Royal hospital today. The grounds are lovely with some fantastic mature trees I'm glad to say they let the grass grow hence all the wild flowers . So many parakeets as well , heaven

Our son in law was flying from there for a while, lovely part of the world. We took our old moho up there and had a great trip.

Not as exciting as some of the posts but Helen the Hymer visited B&Q, Ashford, Kent this afternoon before visiting Tesco's for essentials and then United Taxis to get her LPG tanks filled (66p per litre). I am told United are the cheapest in the area. I must say the service was excellent and they are assured of my repeat business.

All looking good for the Odyssey to commence on Friday. Route amended, the Belgium bit will be in September now.

I got two tank fulls of gas and one of diesel, I am wearing sunglasses (but it's not dark) Elwood lives.... (apologies to the Blues Brothers)

Headed off south at 3.00 and, feeling a tad peckish, decided to drop into Rui's, the charming restaurant at the Pego Da Altar lake.
