Watched part of the Iron Man in Tenby today, going strong think 2 miles swim 112 mile cycle ride and then a 26 mile run would have seen me off but 2,600 took part amazing

Our wifi is really quite slow but hopefully when we get a little further south it improves and then I can catch up on all the latest stuff. Its surprising only been with fun for a short period but missed my daily read...better than any morning newspaper! Hopefully be able to catch up soon x x x
