A photo of the day thread

Laika the wonder dog looking good , she had a trim yesterday in readiness for 10 days away in the van from tomorrow .

Today, we found a little village museum (Finland). It was full of fascinating stuff but this old Finnish boot caught my attention. It was also the young guides favourite thing because it reminded her of Father Christmas - apparently her grandfather wore shoes like this when he dressed up for the children.

I'm happy to see that Mrs Mousy looks in good health(y). I remember the thread about hospital and pain... never knew if it all went well afterwards. I'm afraid I was too busy to read all the threads on FUN! You look great too Geraldine!;):)

Oh that's beautiful, good reward for your patience :)(y)
Great pitures David ..... we see a Barn Owl many an evening behind our home but unfortunately it has no high perch close by since a neighbour felled a large Ash tree.

We have been lucky enough to have two B.Os at the same time.(y)

I reckon that's one of @Techno Andy's old boots .. no wonder he needed his new Uggs!

Just local walks which shouldn't really count as the van remained in it's parking space, but it's a reminder of what nice walks I have from my flat, I'm sure Kimberley accompanied me too and "we" did about 6 miles

You have to zoom in to get the full effect. I hadn't the bottle to go nearer for the pic.

First world problems.......(y)

Another one..... here is a third of the total plum crop from the plum tree - after the little feathered bastard sky rats darling little cute fluffy cuddly wood pigeons had stripped all the blossom from it...... picked it and found that the sodding wasps had eaten a great lump out of the other side!

I know, I said 'funny', but it's got to be disappointing too.
Glad the wasps weren't still in it when you picked it though
