So sorry to hear of your problems, there is only one UK dealer and they have a terrible reputation so it doesn't surprise me and I expect its their cock up not N&B.

I can understand your disappointment, we couldn't live without big fridge freezer.

I think their offer of 2½k off is really taking the pee, on the price of the van it should be 10k, that dealer is not know for giving discounts so we'll within their margin to be able to do it.

Would never buy a van with those horrid tech towers... my wife is not that tall and using the overhead ovens are frankly dangerous in our opinion.. give us a proper cooker any day..... i agree about the fridge freezer though..

Had three vans with the TecTower, current van we ordered with a separate cooker but changed the order for a TecTower.
Don't have a problem with them and my wife is only 4'10". Biggest advantage is you don't loose loads of storage space in the kitchen.
