Rally 10 Days at Stratford 2017

Tuesday next is race day . . Are those of us leaving that morning able to get off the course ok, does anyone know?
 
Hi all I wish I could have come to Stratford this year but have physio &hospital appointments this next two weeks so not possible hope the weather is fine and you all have a great time hope to meet up soon with you all regards Mervyn

There is info further back in this thread Joy as same question been asked. You can pull off in morning and go in to the day car park or must stay till after the whole race meet has finished.

We shall miss Stratford :( one of our favourite shows but have done it for several years now and we are so looking forward to Scotland .

Hello Stratford Funsters, can somebody please confirm if MHF are pitched in the normal place at the far end of the course and if the ground is firm.

Hi Brian & Joyce

We are about half way down (like last year), ie, opposite the Grandstand, and next to the Pavilion. The ground is very firm. If that's what you were hoping for, we'll maybe see you sometime soon, eh? ;)

A reminder to all ..
Motorhome fun have sole use of the hall / room that's behind the Marshall's vans. Open on the evenings from around 7.30pm. plenty of chairs and a few tables where we can gather for a get together. Dave, @toledo has provided some background music. Just wander on over any evening.

Thanks Jock, we are over in Powis right now and will probably mosey on to Stratford tomorrow or Thursday .. looking forward to a hen or three with you. :cheers:
 
@Pamelaaar Hi Pam. We have not been able to book so far as we have had some issues to deal with. It now looks as though we will be able to come tomorrow afternoon and stay until Sunday. I assume that it is possible to pay on the gate and camp with Fun as in previous years?

Apparently the online booking facility is still live, as is the discount code if you still want to use it. (y)

Thanks for that Jock. I could not see the discount code box on the on-line booking form so I called them. They confirm that the price at the gate is the same as on line, we can camp with Fun and if we quote the discount code, we will still get that as well. I have also completed the Fun attendance form.
All being well, we will see you all tomorrow afternoon.
