That is fine for you to be able to leave on the Tuesday. We will need to ask you to relocate to the raceday parking area before 11am on the Tuesday so that you will be able to leave when you need to. Just come and find a member of Appletree Exhibitions during your stay and we can show you where you will need to park.

As mentioned by @carolyn earlier we have been told we are not allowed to arrive on Mon 19th and are now arriving on Saturday 17th but will not be there until 5:30 ish after the show closes, see you all for a sundowner.

I see there is an "attendees" tab for this thread, but only 30 people 31 now I have found it have used it

Click on "attendees" at the top left above the page numbers and then go to "attending" and then just RSVP and you will be added, once you have RSVP'd and been add you have further options if you needed to remove your name.

Not sure how important it is but its there so might as well use it.

@Silkcut, have you RSVP'd on the attendees list? That is the only list there is for this meet at the moment.
