Rally 10 Days at Stratford 2017

Enjoy the 'Ruby Murray' folks sorry we couldn't join you. Thanks for a great week, weather was extraordinary. Thanks to Brisey & Pamelaar, Dave & Polly for their hard work in putting the folks on pitches whilst trying to maintain the new 6 metre spacing.

LOST PHONE @ Stratford
Not mine but another Funster has lost a purple mobile phone somewhere between the shower block and her motorhome in the Fun area.
Please keep an eye out for it and report on this thread if any news.

Not many people left now :(

Just like to add our thanks to the marshals and the people we met at the Rally. We kept ourselves to ourselves most of the time, though we had nice chats with all our neighbours, I think. We'd intended to go over to the room for bingo and the rest of the entertainment on Saturday but felt worn down by the weather and ended up snoozing the evening away listening to the Stones from our pitch. Next time....

The highlight for us was getting Kirsty on a trike rented from the chap in the railway carriage. After two hip replacements and at least 12 years off a bike, it was a small triumph that she was able to pedal it, albeit with a few panicky moments. Just got to save up for that folding electric trike now!

Great few days at the rally, well done to all.
Have moved on to Arden Lakes for a few days, not far away but will come back to town for a mooch.
Anybody know where we can park the M/H near to town? TIA
