Lenny's Modding the new Mini Gin Palace 2

No holes for the Heki they fit by the inner and outer frame clamping together.
If you fit the Heki frame & blind on the inside over the Maxxfan like I did it makes a much neater job.
Well, my “heki” is a Remis Remitop Vista, which has a smaller inner frame compared to yours and Maxxfan’s. It would appear awkward unless I trim the Maxxfan’s part or find another inner frame (which would likely be costly). By the way, is Maxxfan’s inner part (garnish ring) bright white, not beige or anything similar? Thanks!

I can see the connection to the battery but can’t find where they have picked up the ignition feed and obviously don’t want to short the two together. Will have to have a better search. I have some 80a vehicle relays kicking around though. It will be better weather when I get back to crawl arround under the van.
Probably put one of the piggy back fuseholders in the fuse box by the steering wheel.

Anyone one who has been in my van will know my party trick of shutting them in the washroom to see if they can get out. 90% fail and are trapped due to the silly small knob on the inside and a really strong spring on the latch.

Problem solved, it's just about passable, I'm finding this 3D design & printing lark a slow long learning curve.

We've got a proper handle, which fell off when we were away.

I’ve always thought - if folk wanted of course - to put what their speciality might be on their avatar panel - i@Jim did it. Then like Lenny HB could put Electrics - others might put Law
, Plumbing etc. then when somebody actually asked a question, they would know that that person was more than likely be talking sense, as opposed to someone like me who knows nothing about electric putting my oar in.

I seem to recall many years ago I think it was on the other MHF where there was some guy who thought he was a legal type person that was giving out wrong information, but if you don’t know the person you don’t know that that information is incorrect

Just my thought, sorry Lenny to interrupt your thread
