So sorry you won't be there. Hope Rosie gets treatment needed and she is home recovering soon.

Hi Everyone

If anyone is interested I can lead a morning toning workout.
Suitable for all.
All Standing. Low impact, No squats or lunges so kind on knees. Perform at your own ability.
3000-5000 of your daily step count

It's approximately 35-40mins
The sun has been ordered so a perfect way to start the day.

Each morning weather dependent
9.20am start so finished for 10am

Let me know if you are interested, the more the merrier. Men, Women, Young and Old.

I think that most of our musicians have cancelled this year. 🙁

If anyone wants to bring an instrument, I’m sure Geraldine and me could organise a jam session somewhere on the field.

We can also do some ukulele lessons for newbies - I’ll bring some spare ukes 😀
