Does it work???
What happens if you're wearing your shoes with the anti-odour bags inside & it rains?Yes. You can also buy the very cheapest supermarket tea bags and put those into shoes.
The clue is "Yorkshire"When I worked over the big hill in Yorkshire, the lads there would put a teabag AND milk in their mug and pour the boiling water in. Is this usual practice or just around Brighouse?

My mum used to rip the bag open and put the leaves on her indoor plants, she reckoned it perked them up.

How does it compare cost wise ?They go into our compost or wormery, although the 'bags' can be up to 30% plastic - not liked by the worms! So because of that we've just moved to loose tea and a tea infuser.
... must be a bit messy if they split open!!!!Don't remember where I read it but apparently put them in the pans you have used in your mh and wash with them .. saves water. I actually started doing it and IT WORKS .. I guess it works on plates and cups too but I usually have them soaking in hot water already so not tried it yet.
At home they go in compost or I split them open and put in houseplant pots ..
