I know that they will last 12 months once activated but is there a date they must be activated by?

Probably would but why, they keep getting cheaper they have halved this year, so you might end up losing out

I ordered 2 sims on 23rd July. Raised a resolution request on 6th August, just got a £39.98 refund from ebay this morning - so probably off to 7dayshopper for now instead.

I'm still waiting until tomorrow, which is the last day for delivery, and if (when? ) it doesn't come I'll contact eBay. Just as always intended with any purchase on eBay.

Same here, although I did log a dispute on the 12th, so the 19th is the day it escalates, and I expect a refund shortly afterwards.

Mine did not arrive on the 12th as it should. I logged a dispute and asked for my money back yesterday, which was immediately confirmed by Ebay. If I don't here by 21st I will escalate it.

Well, it ended up being "when" rather than "if" so I've requested a refund Now just a matter of waiting to see if they refund quickly or whether they will need chasing by eBay next week
