the listing for the 12gb sim card has been removed by eBay .. nor is it on my list of eBay purchases, he has not replied to any emails or given me a refund .. no if's .. he's a fraudster

can you give a link to the purchase you made ?

Presumably that is because you cancelled the purchases.

No one on here HAS been scammed, we haven't received goods (yet) that have been ordered and paid for however if, and only if, this turns out to be a fraud it is Ebay/Paypal who have been scammed not us ... we won't lose out at all.

Same as above. Depends which page you look on as to which you get. I was worried as only got the error message but when scrolled down to purchase history all was revealed. Going to wait as well, have 2 on order, as nothing lost by waiting as will still get refund. E bay have certainly improved in the way these "no goods received issues" are sorted.

i was proper annoyed at you Minxy-since one time you cast doubt that i might be "from the dark side",
Butt- i can see now that you are a persistent lady and seemingly prepared to give everyone a fair crack of the whip.
Soo- i have also to wait to the 15th for delivery -or not.
And in the meantime can i just say that is it not facinating how many of us try to buy at the minimum price,when we can (probably)afford to pay a bit more?

eBay/PayPal always gives the seller so long to respond (can't remember what the period is now but it's in the Resolution details). If they don't do so within that period then eBay/PayPal makes the refund and takes it off the seller credit card/bank account (whichever is linked to the eBay/PayPal account). I expect you are still within the first stage.

I use ebay a lot, but would not have used this new seller with less than 90% positive feedback

I posted similar on another related thread, these deals are too good to be believed, best you will get is a sim card that doesn't work, at least in some ways you know it wont work because it never even turned up

Does anyone know whether these sims have an activation expiry date.

I know that they will last 12 months once activated but is there a date they must be activated by?

If I bought one now and didn't get round to putting it in a device for say, 3 years should it still work?
