I was looking through eBay a couple of weeks ago for some language translator earbuds and came across a seller who is obviously one of the "influencers" as they were auctioning dozens of different items and all of their auction listings I looked at said only opened to do a review.
Looking at the bidding on the few of their auctions I looked at, they were in for raking in a good grand or more selling off their freebies, .................. a good little tax free earner.

I’m sceptical/cynical of his motives. I also think it’s a wasteful journey. Why not coordinate and take a van full of stuff rather than a few power packs, some chargers and some fairy lights

I’m wondering how they are going to charge these power packs, do they magic their charge.

Also if you’ve got broken/missing wheel bolts, why would you think the wheel bearing is fault.

He thinks the bolts sheeted because of the bearing failing.
I think it more likely he's using incorrect bolts for his aftermarket alloys ?

I think they are experiencing power outages for a day or 2 before power is then restored in some parts of Ukraine . The idea is that these power banks would be used when the power goes off to charge phones etc and be able to talk to loved ones on Christmas Day for example.

Without re watching it, did he use the Fiat bolts??
I had to uprate my alloys due to a weight increase and Duncan from Tyresave Deeside who supplied the wheels and bolts (excellent to deal with by the way) stated in NO uncertain terms to use the bolts supplied as they were 10mm longer and the Fiat ones could snap
Everything good with my alloys and I ALWAYS torque them up to 180nm as recommended by the wheel manufacturer

My favourite YouTubes are Camper vibe. A lovely couple (both girls) who are expert and prolific filmmakers and come over as really nice people and very informative. They do have the odd sponsorship but make it quite obvious.

I like these guys. they've been overland to Malaysia and pretty much everywhere in Europe. They just set off and go somewhere without any real drama.

I watched nearly all their videos when stuck in bed for three weeks with damaged leg.

Nicely filmed and presented with a bit of product placement but they also give a break down of costs for their trips.

All done in 5.4m Ducato Knaus Boxstar on standard tyres with no suspension mods.



Most recently they have been, and are still going around Portugal and Spain.

English subtitles are available.

Never heard of him, but I do like youtube. Like everything else it's got good, bad very good and rubbish content. Why do I like it? I can choose what to watch therefore I only watch what I really like.
TV on the otherhand drives me spare. I've given up scrolling up and down 100+ channels looking for something to watch that's starting right now.

Most of the motorhome Vlogs I find really cringe worthy.

Lost in Transit and the Extreme Motorhomers for me - both travel to places we’d like to go so gives us a good pointer on places, sites and hikes
slightly different - Foresty Forest a Canadian guy with is dog Rocko travelling and hiking those massive peaks in Canada (Wow views!)

We only ever watch you tube through our TV, apparently the funding model has changed and they don't get 'paid' if you view through a TV ??? Sad really, if it's true ....

Think it is because it doesn't click on my telly like it does on my phone when I like anything..
