Thanks Steve. :)

It was given to me by a couple of old codgers, who used to take their Penny Farthing bikes to Belgium on the back of a trailer, then cycle round with a group of fellow enthusiasts, doing pub crawls.

I've not had a Gordon Beer myself yet. :(

Cheers :drink:

Jock. :)

I too have been known to have had a pub brawl or two on my bike. Infact, I got a bit of a name for doing it. :giggler:

As for my beer running out, I am down to 124 Bottles and Cans but luckily have 104 on order just waiting for them to arrive.

Looks like I will be sampling a totally new beer this weekend, its transparent in colour, does not have any length whatsoever, and is very cheap.
Its called Sainsbury's Empty Shelves Reserve, its either that, or the fruit flavoured Cider that no one else wants:eek:
Cheers !

The news reported a 25% rise in alcohol sales during the lock down, come on guys get real, its got to be a lot more than that!:whistle2::cheers:

These are the last of the new beers I had from our trip away to the Lakes, just before the lockdown.

As I wrote yesterday, I am not getting out but I still need my beer, so I have been ordering them from online shops or the breweries themselves.

As I drank the last box rather to swiftly I thought I would review each bottle before the beer haze takes over. This one, lovely crisp taste with a smooth finish.

Ralph-Dot. Taste wise, the Camerons sounds just right for my palate Ralph. (y)
Unfortunately, it's not one I remember having had before. :(

Cheers :drink:

Jock. :)

It is my hometown beer, so I have to like it, it is old fashioned beer and dose not taste completely of hops and nothing else.

?

Well as I said in the last post, Innis & Gunn has not been covered on here before, so here we go

There are some mind blowing strengths amongst that lot Ralph. :whatthe: I've not sampled any of those myself, but did sample a couple of pints (and the rest  ) of their regular cask ales, when in Edinburgh last year. Not a bad one amongst them. ;)

Cheers :drink:

Jock. :)

That looks good

Nice looking selection Ralph. I am a happy man again, I managed to get hold of some Adnams Broadside
I’ve got a favourite beer in for Easter Home cation ?View attachment 376699
Dark and fruity. Caramel & toffee hints

I could like that by it's name alone. Some beers sell themselves by their name don't ya think. :p
