That’s exactly how I used to close my sliding door.

Can I ask is the handle screwed in with self tappers ? I recognise the handle as a screwfix one which I was considering fitting. Not so for ours

It's not so much the noise, just the frequency that some owners do it, and it's not just the case of not parking next to them the noisy ones seem to seek out us white box owners and park next to them.At last.. a non Whooshbanger who openenly admits his "non whooshbanger" is as as loud , or even noisier than the foresaid whooshbasher..
Sir. I salute you and admire you for courageously coming out and admiting that "ALL Motorhome Doors" make a noise .
Whooshbangers have a talent to ignore other Very Noisy Moho door noises...
However EVERONE else seem to lie awake all night listening for the nocturnal Whooshbang..
Think it is about time non Whooshbangers got a life and worried about other insignificant and illerevant issues.
There's a WhatsApp group so we know where you areIt's not so much the noise, just the frequency that some owners do it, and it's not just the case of not parking next to them the noisy ones seem to seek out us white box owners and park next to them.
Maybe the frequency in directly linked to proximity....It's not so much the noise, just the frequency that some owners do it, and it's not just the case of not parking next to them the noisy ones seem to seek out us white box owners and park next to them.
I'm missing a trick there may have to change the van as I dont have back doors on mineOne thing that might explain the frequency of door closing is. The central locking button opens both side and rear doors,so if I come back to my van I might open the side door to get in ,go inside slam it shut and press lock on the key and then open the side door again to get in and out but this will lock the back doors for security.depends of course where I am parked at the time .
