Having just got our motorhome, I looked into what we could expect to receive on its dish. The issues with BBC, etc when you go south are well discussed but the situation as you travel east is as bad. The 'UK' beam on Astra 2 barely reaches the Holland/Germany border, so receiving it on the Baltic coast is very unlikely and altering skew won't really help. See http://www.lyngsat-maps.com/footprints/Astra-2G-UK.html. The 'Europe Ku' beams on Astra 2 cover more of Germany and even Poland, but there is a limited choice of FTA programming on those transponders. CNN and Sky News should be OK. Others will probably be watching Astra 1, Astra 3 or Hotbird channels, I expect. There are vans around me with small sat dishes getting a picture , is that because they're not watching uk programs? Would altering my skew help ?
They're 275/45 r20 usually sold for 4x4 not really suitable for a heavy vanThis hymer arrived
He has E&P's and a Dometic legless awning but what stands out is the wheels. They look like 17 or 18"? I like them. Will have to sneak a photo of the tyre size covertly

Sorry Andy, not able to help, but we did notice a toll set up being built on the Belgian Motorways, and with German tolls imminent, maybe the Dutch are jumping on the same "band wagon".On the 1 road out of Holland into Germany there was a sign saying TOLL but we never encountered anywhere for paying just saw overhead monitors as we started and ended the stretch I believe
Anyone know the score with these?
No it was in Germany coming from HollandSorry Andy, not able to help, but we did notice a toll set up being built on the Belgian Motorways, and with German tolls imminent, maybe the Dutch are jumping on the same "band wagon".
