Where are all the Motorhomes/Campervans

They are all up here in Scotland..not complaining as we are going down south to Englandshire next week:LOL:
Yep all in Scotland.. currently sitting in lovely Cl right on beach and I can count 35 mohos parked along bay. Even more driving by.

Only basic site for this year, but may add more facilities in the future see our website below for more details. Or ask tonka who was here recently.
Might be worth indicating on your web site what size vehicle you can get in as the lane looks particularly uninviting and I wouldn't use it without some local knowledge, Google camera car hasn't even been up

Martin it was a private lane until recent so no Google car pics. We have entertained a few tag axle vehicles but large RVs is pushing it.

Been trying all week to book sites in Scotland/Northumbria and Wales and told every time * No Room at the Inn!* Will try winging it Who knows could end up a FLT ! ( Booked in eventually at a site in Northumbria , not telling where!)

Saw very few driving down to Provence..Didn't see a Brit,German or Dutchman after leaving Calais. On a lovely acsi site at Graveson near Avignon,,one French motorhome, three German caravans and two Frenc caravans on the site.Usually 30 or 40 at this time.We have a beautiful pool all to ourselves..18 euros a night. Will stay whilst the weather is this good.BUSBY

Lots of Motorhomes and caravans arriving in Neufchâtel-en-Bray the last couple of days

After waiting in, until the schools went back, before we ventured out in the van, we have been in the Chester/Shropshire area for past couple of days, and have been surprised just how few MH’s/Campervans that we have seen on the road. We thought that there would have been loads, judging on the up take in people buying up all the stock from dealers etc.
Not moaning, as have been able to get parked up with no issues👍 but Where is everyone?
We back on the road tomorrow, so one more out and about. Smudger55

I was on phone for days and after about 15/20 rejections managed to find this gem...but even then they could not accomadate all our days.. think last 2 days will be spent back in our back garden.

I have had no trouble booking CLs, CSs and independent sites. Looks like the extra campers are aiming for the obvious full facility sites, if you sacrifice some of the amenities and perhaps the favourite hotspots there seems to be reasonable availability.

You lucky.. Me not... all I want in a site is a fresh water tap and an elsan dump... No leccy No toilet No showers No nothing.. Just fresh water and toilet dump and I still struggled for days to book a CL or CS. for my dates.?????

Think everyone must have come to Norfolk over the weekend !
All day long there was a steady stream of vans coming up the A11

Passed lots on the A9 between Stirling all the way up to Aviemore. Currently at West Beach site st Hopeman and it’s full, great site right on the beach and 2 mins walk to town.

There’s plenty out and about and I’ve not been on a site with many empty pitches for months.

Looks like a lovely site Quackers. Did you license through MHF?

It’s good to know that there’s an alternative to licensing through one of the two big clubs if we do the same.

Running around East Cheshire doing my daily stuff i see lot's of MoHo s and them other things one tow's behind a car.
Strange as when i am in my Caddy Van i subconsciously give a wave to oncoming MHs, had some strange look's.

If rallies are becoming difficult why cannot they be declared as Temporary Holiday Sites? Have the Clubs got monopoly on that title. If so, is that not a restraint of trade?

Maybe I am only showing my ignorance but sometimes questions need to be asked.
