No I have used it and it works, just think how it cleans coins
Just think what it does toy your insides if it cleans coins etc like it does.
Grandson once spilt some real Coke on the MH carpet. almost bleached it !!

Hmm trouble is I’m trying to do all this on aires in France....people don’t seem to like me spending ages at the bourne faffing around for too long...have you tried back-flushing the waste tank? shove a garden hose up the outlet and give it a couple of blasts. Then as you pull the pipe out, hold your news and jump out of the way as the resultant rush of muck is not pleasant
Wouldn’t even know how to get to my pipes....I’ve got a double floor....they disappear into that I know not where...the cola trick works well if you use the full sugar version, not the diet one, because it is more acidic. Great for cleaning rust spots off chrome bumpers too
What you are trying to dissolve is not just cooking fat and starches, one of the worst offenders is soaps. The soap is what produces the grey smelly slime
As previously mentioned, the best solution is to replace the convoluted, ribbed pipework with smooth bore pipe. The cheapest and easiest way to source the smooth bore flexible waste pipe is an aquarium/ water feature shop. Keep joints to a minimum and avoid sharp bends to allow fast unhindered flow through the waste pipe
Yes about a year ago a friend did that, it did help for a bit . I cannot get a hose to do nit at home as where i have to park it is too far for it to reach . If i park nearer the house i block the roadhave you tried back-flushing the waste tank? shove a garden hose up the outlet and give it a couple of blasts. Then as you pull the pipe out, hold your news and jump out of the way as the resultant rush of muck is not pleasant
Some friends gave me a couple of very strong concentrated bleach tablets to put down my sink, worked a treat when i had a blocked sink in the MH. They had brought them on the continent and used them in their own van for the same thingHmm trouble is I’m trying to do all this on aires in France....people don’t seem to like me spending ages at the bourne faffing around for too long...

As they say....SH It happens!Hmmm.
That reminds me of a video I saw showing a farm worker sticking a broom handle up the blocked pipe of a
muck spreader in a field...
It suddenly cleared ! !
He was covered from head to foot ! !
He was then seen staggering blindly around with "Gossamer Wings"
Rather like a smelly Angel ! !
Mitch.
We use Mr Muscle drain unblocker/cleaner both in the shower in the Rapido and at home, works perfectly. Just pour some in, leave for 5 minutes (NO LONGER) then pour a kettle of hot water down the drain - job done.
Be careful using a plunger, any 'push to' pipe fittings can come apart.Regular plunger use?
Yes I’ve got a double floor....all very good but I’m petrified something will burst one day....how do you get to the pipes in a double floorBe careful using a plunger, any 'push to' pipe fittings can come apart.
If you have a double floor, like on my Rapido then you will have a nightmare
Hmmm.

Not ideal to use bleach but in an emergency works well . Lidl and I think Aldi sell bleach capsules . Always take in the van as no possibility of spillage and cheap to buy ! . Plug in sink dissolve in hot water then plug out . Job done we hope !Got slightly blocked plug holes, water runs away but slowly...I cleaned the tanks with that whatever it was thoroughly but didn’t make any difference. What can I put down plug holes...at home I used to use One Shot until they stopped selling it to the public. I assume I shouldn’t put that down. Tried boiling water. Don’t want to destroy my tubes. Preferably something from a Lidl or other supermarket.
Right done that....anyone want to buy 239 dish washer tablets ?A sink of hot water with a dissolved dishwasher tablet.
Let it go down but don’t flush it through immediately, let it sit along the pipe work for an hour or so then flush copiously.
We found the ‘sitting’ time was important and allowed the fluid to ‘lift’ the crud.
We were able to disconnect the grey tank inlet and allow the flush to go direct to a bucket and were amazed at the amount of muck flushed out of the pipes of a six month old van!
Now we do the dishwasher trick after every couple of trips away before dumping grey waste and it does still surprise to see how much rubbish comes out even when we are careful not to get particulates do down sink.
Me tooI hold the hose against the plug hole and then blast the water through the pipes. No chemicals needed
You have a hymer ......under each sink there's a trap that screws off to clean.Got slightly blocked plug holes, water runs away but slowly...I cleaned the tanks with that whatever it was thoroughly but didn’t make any difference. Although a friend of mine was using a plunger and blew off a pipe fitting as quite a few are just push fit, he didn’t realise until there was a big leak in his cupboardRegular plunger use?
That must be a wind up, no one in the world spends longer that the French at a Bourne.Hmm trouble is I’m trying to do all this on aires in France....people don’t seem to like me spending ages at the bourne faffing around for too long...
Slowly.Yes I’ve got a double floor....all very good but I’m petrified something will burst one day....how do you get to the pipes in a double floor
Bit weird....I just found that and unscrewed it.....it was just a cap....looked down the plug hole and just saw my hand underneath....don’t know where the pipes are....looks like jiggery pokery to me....cat weasel stuff....how does the water get out...there’s no pipesYou have a hymer ......under each sink there's a trap that screws off to clean.
What have you been putting down the sink?
I do as landyandy mentioned above and hold the hose with spray nozzle in the sink drains and blast through the pipes
But all my pipes and waste tank are clear ive only had to do it due to hair in shower drains ( the downside to long hair)
I hope I won’t have to.....EVER !That must be a wind up, no one in the world spends longer that the Frech at a Bourne.
Slowly.
Lol as I said its a trap ....the water goes down the middle and back up the sides and the waste pipe exits from the side ....debri is meant to get caught in the trap ....it also prevents nasty smells as the trap is always filled with water.Bit weird....I just found that and unscrewed it.....it was just a cap....looked down the plug hole and just saw my hand underneath....don’t know where the pipes are....looks like jiggery pokery to me....cat weasel stuff....how does the water get out...there’s no pipes
I've seen French women doing a whole clothes wash at the bourne , others washing seafood etc and not the slightest bit phased at the short queue forming behind themThat must be a wind up, no one in the world spends longer that the French at a Bourne.

I had one started washing his van, he soon got the message when I drove up to about foot or two of his rear bumper and left my engine running.I've seen French women doing a whole clothes wash at the bourne , others washing seafood etc and not the slightest bit phased at the short queue forming behind them

Right...that’s it....I’m booking 4 hours tomorrow.....I’ve got some washing to do as well....I had one started washing his van, he soon got the message when I drove up to about foot or two of his rear bumper and left my engine running.

Well...that’s put my mind at restThere are quite a few ways of accessing the underfloor pipe system:
1) Remove the draws beneath the kitchen sink.
2) Remove the draws beneath the fridge (if you have them).
3) Floor access hatches may reveal pipework.
It helps to be a contortionist or be able to borrow a small child
