What are you up to this weekend?

Hi Andy we are staying at the beehive farm campsite, very nice and only a short drive to the NMA

Hi Andy, a superb day thanks, met people that I haven't seen in over 25 years. The event itself was amazing don't think there was a dry eye anywhere.
Regards
Bob

Off to Henley on Thames this weekend, hopefully the weather will stay dry and we can do some walking along the river, if not there are plenty of pubs!

More work relating to the new extension and proposed new kitchen

Congratulations ! How lovely is Evie?!:)

Give you a clue, just eating a pasty. We're in St Ives today and very nice it is too. Now thinking of putting an offer in for a holiday home here just to upset the locals.;) They are a bit touchy about outsiders buying there real-estate:) By all accounts in the nicer parts like here and Mousehole some 60% of prime properties are purchased by foreigners. That's us who live outside Cornwall. They should try living in the south east, 90% of our properties are purchased by foreigners. ;)

I see you waited until @CWH was out of the area.
Very wise.
Stef.

How's the weather in St Ives @buttons ? And out of curiosity, where have you parked the MH?

Weather has been lovely today but it has been changeable, wind rain hale snow and more wind. We are parked on a friends drive. She has a holiday home so we are making the most of it. What do you feed your seagulls on, one attacked me today had my finger down it's throat, after my pastie it was like a bloody Pterodactyl.

Hey don't blame me I'm a Yorkshire lass! Actually they feed very well on small dogs and children.

I did wonder how you'd managed to park (or even drive) in St Ives... the only CP I ever use - even with the car - is at the leisure centre/ bus stop at the top of the hill.

Steve and I just collected our first ever, super lovely, new MH this morning. Spending our first night on a CL in chilly, but so far, snow-free North Yorkshire. Got hook up...thank goodness we bought an extension, BUT, no water as our water pipe not long enough. We can't get closer to the stand pipe due to water-logged pitch...and I really don't want to get stuck on our first outing!! I didn't want to use the hose on the site, as I didn't think it looked too clean! So off to buy a water container, tomorrow! Big learning curve!!!

Congratulations and enjoy your first trip! We have sometimes filled the tank with the 5 litre water bottles if we can't get near or as we often do park up then realise we haven't filled up the tank!! It's all part of the fun!!
Pictures please!
