What are you up to this weekend?

I’m doing very little and feeling very sorry for myself.

Had a tooth out Friday afternoon, cavity wouldn’t stop bleeding 🙄

Got the shivers along with a cold and feels like sinusitis as well 😢

Feels like a bloody horse has kicked me in the face.

Ahh well tomorrow’s another day 😊

In the van.
The low oil pressure light came on, literally, as I was turning into an overnight parking area. When we checked the dip stick it was dry! The AA can’t find a truck big enough to tow us so they’re sending a man with 9litres of oil. He won’t be able to repair the leak but hopefully we’ll be able to get to our regular truck garage before it all drains away.
An unfortunate end to our one-month road trip … and of course, it’s raining.
Check to see if the dipstick tube is still in the block.

We will be at Cirencester C&Mc site on Saturday and Sunday, then on to Winchcombe C&CC site for Monday and Tuesday. Looking forward to it!:giggle:(y)

We were at a pop site at the Cirencester rugby club earlier this year, and the Corinium Museum is well worth a visit if you are interested in the Roman history of the town.

Broken Link Removed

According to our mechanic, the problem was a broken oil sensor in the engine block. Now my problem is removing the oil that has splashed all the way up the rear panel of the van. The garage gave it a wash but it‘s going to take some hard work and chemical assistance to get rid of it before the sun bakes It permantly.

Neat fairy liquid rub it on with a damp cloth or very little water and watch the magic but make sure you rinse well and wax as it will take that off as well

Made up my signs, going for a run to see if they stay on??

Sadly, not going skiing…..for the second year. :( Although in the grand scheme of things, it could be worse. We are all fit and healthy and will be with our families this year, so we are very lucky.:xsmile:

Was meant to be away in the van but other half is stuck in Gibraltar due to poor weather here, which is annoying. So I’m wrapping presents instead.

Off there Monday, and taking Grandapprentices to see Mr. Claus as well
It was amazing...we got there at about 5 and it was lovely. Be warned..food was very expensive....£10 Yorkshire pudding wrap with Sunday dinner in (delicious), hot dogs £8 no onions just sauce, churros and chocolate £6.

Took grandson to The Wafi Centre to see that fat bloke dressed in red with a big white beard. Didn't like him one bit.
