What are you up to this weekend?

Bit of a mad 10 days ... Off tomorrow night after work, to Dover , jump on ferry and hole up in Dunkirk when we land, drive down through Belgium & Luxembourg into Saarland in Germany for a race Sat/Sun then back Sunday night for 10pm boat , drive home , get back around 2am.. then up and away around 8am to Heathrow to fly to New York for a week. Going to be a bit frantic , but really looking forward to visiting New York State .

Not much, as the missus and I are both covered in spots, due to all our grandkids sharing their chicken pox. So this week we will be mostly scratching. :(

Yeah, we have a back up plan, drop the MH at Ashford and train to Heathrow.. main thing is not crashing my bike this weekend and getting injured.

Mello music festival at Hanley Castle. Three days of bands and singers.
 
We are off to the Isle of Skye for the week staying a few days with friends at Staffin then off for a meander about on the way back home.

We are going to Southport, been trying to go for a couple of year's now but for one thing and another we all ways change are minds. But not this time
 
Off to the New Forest (my favoured bolt hole) for a long weekend.

Hopefully the last time I'll need to sleep under canvas (well actually polyester). If I have to do another bank holiday weekend without my ordered PVC I'll be very very miffed.
 
off to Castle Howard for the traction engine rally weekend. MH packed and ready to go.

Fitting a new 240v element in my son's caravan fridge. Second one in two years :rolleyes:
Both are pukkah Dometic ones (£40) not cheapy (£26) eBay items, although I expect they all come from China - and no doubt from the same manufacturer.
At least it's only a 45 minute job.
 
We're up in Scotland for a funeral :(
So making the best of a bad thing and making a bit of a holiday of it

At Wychwood Festival at Cheltenham Racecourse, volunteering as a steward. Settled in and briefed, ready for the public to arrive tomorrow.
 
Off to Incleboro CS tomorrow for 3 nights. We need a few bits and pieces for MH and can pick them up in the shop in West Runton. Hope the weather is good.

We thought our destination would be north norfolk again this weekend, so its Sheringham for us this time and being so close to our base in Norwich, its a noticable change.:ROFLMAO:
We love the 15 minute walk into the city along the old railway track, the old buildings but most of all the buskers, (y) but all the people and police sirens day and night get some getting use to. :eek:
Deep down we be country folk. :ROFLMAO:
