Giving MoHo a damned good cleaning after 6 weeks of touring in it - covered in salt spray and snow streaks from a couple of weeks ago.
We had a great time and the weather was great test for the systems and all fine.
First winter away in PVC and has been as snug as a bug.

Just a few weeks at home and then off to Scotland for a few weeks, maybe months, who knows?

Trikeman.

We're taking family to rental property in Wales. Converted water mill. 8 adults, 3 little ones plus Charlie the Springer. Convoy on M4!

I'm resting

been busy this last few weeks sorting out our old back garden
Changed the little shed into a large summer house
moved the decking patio to in-front of the new summer house
The Pergola decided to commit Kari too change the two small herb beds into a large raised bed for veggies and fruit trees

We are cleaning and decorating in France. An estate agent is coming tomorrow to frighten us with a price to put the house on the market.
Then it’s a few weeks back in Yorkshire before we actually take the plunge and try to sell it. We are finding that running two houses and gardens limits the time we spend in the motorhome.

We are spending a weekend in Ayrshire. Just had a truly wonderful day with Mr& @Mrsambulancekidd and their 2 border collies Gabbie & Gus the pup. Gus gave me loads of loves and kisses:D2
We really enjoyed meeting you & your Mum, your both lovely....how your Mum puts up with you i'll never know, only kidding.
Gus was sucking up to you like nothing on earth, I swear he could see 'soft touch' written across your forehead.;)
The 2nd photo is Gus with Pepsi-boy when we came home to get changed & go back and join Sandra & Jean at the beach, I think it's safe to say that Pepsi missed us, especially Gus.:)
Now we have a car full of sand, mind you there's a certain MH with a bit in it as well.

First Hab service done (y) off to Forfar Loch on Friday afternoon, first outing of the year :D2

Thats why we have a static caravan in France as opposed to a house. Still requires maintenance etc but nowhere near as much. We really need a smaller house/gardens in the UK!!

Think I will be filling a skip at my daughters house, not as if I need the exercise....:)

It is a great spot (y) Not a fisherman myself but my colleague is and he lives in Forfar. The Canmore club stock the loch with pike, rainbow and brown trout.

This weekend, (starting on Friday) I start to walk the Camino Frances, walking from Pamplona in northern Spain to Santiago de Compostela, a distance of 700 Kms or 420 miles.

I am doing it on behalf of Prostate Cancer UK. It is self funded. No monies raised will go towards Travel, Albergues (Hostels,) food, drink, anything.

There is a thread on the 'U Shaped Lounge' (I'd like your support. Plodding for Prostate Cancer UK). I would invite you to drop in on that thread as I will be posting regular updates with photos etc.

If you wish to donate, please visit

Thank you in advance.
